In-Yo-Face

Sometimes we find ourselves in situations where we want to say something but due to certain factors do not do so. Now this might be about anything. It could be about the hate you feel for someone, your actual opinion on a matter, the retaliation to a false accusation etc. The reason for staying silent maybe fear for the repercussions of our words, cowardliness or maybe the want to please everybody.  Now I'm not saying that this is wrong. Avoiding unnecessary trouble is always good advice. In fact staying out of trouble altogether is even better but there has to be some line of demarcation. Reason with yourself. FIRST with your heart THEN with your mind and follow your heart. Ask yourself : Do the benefits of remaining silent outweigh those of speaking? If yes then ask yourself : Will you be at peace if you stay silent?  If yes then you are lucky. You have no problems. If your answer to either one of these questions is "No". It is time you speak out. It is futile to be complaining and moaning or backstabbing about others. Step right up and say, "I'm In-Yo-Face and its time you hear my voice." Like they say it's better out than in. Sure there will be a reaction to what you say but what counts is you had the guts to let yourself be heard. It shows you have courage and you're not one of those people who sit and sulk about their problems. Whether what you said was right or wrong is a different topic entirely. The fact is you had confidence and you said what you had to with conviction. Sure it is said, "Choose your words carefully as they cannot be taken back." In actuality keeping everything locked up is probably the root cause of evil.
The next time you got something to say?
SAY IT.
FREELY, FRANKLY and FEARLESSLY

"I ain't gonna be just a face in the crowd
You're gonna hear my voice
When I shout it out loud
It's my life
It's now or never
I ain't gonna live forever
I just want to live while I'm alive"
- Bon Jovi (from 'It's My Life')
